How do we start a project?

Email us with a short description of what you want to build. We'll ask clarifying questions and, if it's a fit, propose a first scope to review together.

Do you sign an NDA before we discuss details?

We can, if you need one before sharing anything specific. For an initial conversation, avoid sending confidential documents, passwords or sensitive data.

How is pricing determined?

Each quote is based on the specific scope agreed with you — the factors that affect it are listed on each service page. We don't publish fixed prices, since they depend on your requirements.

Do you work with businesses outside Hong Kong?

Our focus is Hong Kong businesses, but if you're elsewhere, get in touch and we can discuss whether it's a fit.

Can we start with a small project before committing to something larger?

Yes — our approach is built around starting with a bounded first scope and expanding only once it's reviewed and working.

What languages do you work in?

Project enquiries and meetings are primarily handled in English. This site is also available in Traditional Chinese.
